To Coach or Not to Coach
Maximize Your Coaching Potential: Decide, Commit, and Thrive
Are you an aspiring coach struggling to find clarity and success in the early stages of your business? Making the transition to going pro full-time can be overwhelming and feel insurmountable. Join this online community to find your passion, purpose, and potential in the coaching world and maybe elsewhere.
Who am I?
My name is Jason Miller. I’ve been coaching for over a decade and have been coaching professionally since 2016. The focus of my coaching practice is helping professionals get unstuck in their corporate careers and move onto something that is better for them.
Why did I create this community?
I got started on my dream of coaching only to find out how challenging it really is to earn a living doing it. I made many mistakes, paid too much money to people who didn’t really help me, and procrastinated every step of the way.
Throughout my coaching career, I’ve come across people that wanted to be coaches themselves. A few of them were clients of mine. I started to notice some patterns and mindsets that were holding them back from what it takes to succeed.
There is a critical decision that you must make in order to know if coaching is for you. Most aspiring coaches don’t know what they’re in for. As someone who has been where you are right now, I can definitely provide you with the knowledge that you need to be able to commit to becoming a professional coach OR commit to something that might be better for you.
What will we do in this community?
We will connect, interact with, and support each other. Every other week, we’ll get together virtually so that I can answer your questions and provide spot coaching. I’m not here to help you grow your business, but to help you gain clarity on your level of commitment and desire to become a professional coach. From that point, I can help you put together your plan.
As time goes on, we will compile a list of service providers that we can trust. In my years of professional coaching, I’ve hired other coaches or business people that haven’t really helped me as much as they promised. Some didn’t deliver at all. Since it’s difficult to know who to trust, I believe that we can help each other.
