The Coaching Process

I believe in forming positive relationships as the basis for finding new clients. If you’re interested in coaching, I have put together a thorough, deliberate process to determine if you’re the right client for me and I’m the right coach for you. Let’s take our time and get to know each other. Introductory calls are free of charge.

Here's how it works

Fill out the intake form and schedule our first hour.

During our first hour we’ll get to know each other and explore your challenges. Free of charge.

Step 3
Step 3

We will schedule two more hours to do a deep dive. I will help you with your challenges during this time. Free of charge.

Step 4
Step 4

One or both of us will suggest that we commit to a coaching agreement. If you’re ready, you will pay for more coaching and complete the agreement.

Step 5
Step 5

We work together for the duration of the agreement.
